Residential Agreement Plan
Thermotech services all residential HVAC equipment makes and models and offers planned maintenance agreements even on equipment we have not installed.
Commercial Agreement Plan
Thermotech services all commercial HVAC equipment makes and models, exhaust systems, refrigeration equipment, ice machines, hot food service equipment, and offers planned maintenance agreements even on equipment we have not installed.
Planned Maintenance Coverage
Depending on the type of equipment in your agreement, Thermotech will perform the following services:
- Check and/or wash condensers and evaporators
- Lubricate condensers, evaporators, exhaust motors, and all others that require it
- Inspect refrigerant line pressures for optimum charge, vibration, and wear
- Evaluate temperature drop across evaporator
- Inspect and tighten electrical connections (amp readings and voltage checks)
- Test controls for proper operation (check both heating and cooling cycles)
- Reset timers and controls for efficient operation
- Clean and flush ice maker water circuits
- Align, tighten, and repair latches, hardware, hinges, etc.
- Align and tighten belts (replace belts when needed)
- Replace air conditioning filters
- Identify and report potential problems to ensure prompt repair
- Service and clean oil burners, heat exchangers, and flue piping/breach
- Replace oil filters and nozzles
- Check temperatures and temperature cycling
- Calibrate thermostats and controls
