Randall K. Moore


Randall, better known as Randy, has been involved with the business dating back to when he was only 12-years-old. Known as “The Ace” in the industry, his knowledge and expertise are admired by many. His attention to detail and personal approach are common compliments from our many satisfied customers. Randy is not just the owner of Thermotech Inc., but the hardest worker of us all, putting in countless hours of overtime every day.

Chris Moore

General Manager

Chris, Randall’s son, joined the team in 2016 and has been busy updating the company by going to a completely paperless system. He’s incorporating the latest technology to be able to serve you better.  Chris oversees operations and dispatch departments.  He is continuing to drive efficiencies throughout the company to enable services that meet and exceed the expectations and needs of customers and clients.



Nancy Moore

Office Manager

Nancy, Randall’s wife, has been running the accounts payable and receivable operations since 1994.  She is also the administrative assistant to Randy and the financial decision maker for the company.  She can help with any invoice questions you may have. 




Lesli Deppen

Service Dispatcher/Admin

Lesli has been with Thermotech since 2003, when she graduated with her Business Management degree.  She is the voice you’ll hear when calling us!  Lesli is busy taking all the phone calls and dispatching our techs to each job, as well as providing excellent customer service to each caller.  No job is too big or too small for her to see it’s taken care of in a timely and efficient matter.  Customers always come first and you will see that in how she treats you. 




Jason Haller

Service Manager


Jason came to Thermotech as a Service Technician and didn’t take long for him to prove himself as a leader.  Having a lot of management experience and knowledge, he was promoted to Service Manager.  Jason has a degree in IT, which was very beneficial to us in implementing our new service software system, Service Titan.  His main role is assisting our service techs out in the field to make sure each customer is being provided with the very best.  This includes answering technical questions, providing estimates and more.  Jason is a big asset to our team. 

Mike Dunn

Parts/Inventory Manager


Mike has several years of experience in the HVAC field.  He started as a technician worked his way up to management.  His passion is parts and inventory.  You’ll find Mike running around the office all day taking care of our technicians in the field,  getting them the parts they need and keeping us organized.  Mike knows how to get things done and to get things done efficiently.
